Project Manager – Maritime & Logistics Projects

A growing maritime trade consulting company is looking for reliable and highly organized Project Managers / Project Coordinators to support a variety of international maritime and logistics projects.

This is a project-based, flexible opportunity, ideal for professionals, freelancers, logistics specialists, shipping professionals, or motivated individuals who are looking to develop their experience and generate additional income alongside their existing activities.

Requirements 

• Coordinating logistics and operational activities from start to completion
• Communicating with clients, suppliers, agents, freight forwarders and other parties
• Coordinating different parties involved in a project
• Collecting and organizing information and project documentation
• Monitoring project progress and reporting updates
• Requesting and comparing quotations from suppliers or service providers
• Arranging transport, deliveries, services and other logistical requirements
• Maintaining clear communication between all parties
