Bulgarian Call Center Agent for eCommerce COD Orders
We are an eCommerce company selling physical products in Bulgaria with Cash on Delivery.
We are looking for a native Bulgarian speaker to help with COD order confirmation, abandoned checkout recovery, and delivery-related customer calls.
This is not cold calling. Customers already visited our website, started an order, left their phone number, or placed a COD order. Your job is to call them, confirm if they still want the order, verify delivery details, and help reduce cancelled / refused / undelivered packages.
Main responsibilities:
* Call Bulgarian draft orders / abandoned checkouts
* Confirm if the customer still wants the order
* Confirm product, quantity, final price and Cash on Delivery
* Verify phone number, city/village, region/oblast, postal code and full address
* Help customers choose Sameday home delivery or Sameday easybox / pickup point when needed
* Identify customers who ask for Econt / Speedy and try to redirect them to available Sameday delivery options
* Update order status, tags and notes in Shopify / Google Sheets / CRM
* Mark results clearly after every call
* Follow up with no-answer customers when needed
* Send a short daily report with calls made, answered calls, confirmed orders, cancelled orders and common objections
* Help us identify common issues in Bulgaria such as delivery preference, courier problems, checkout issues or price objections

Requirements:
* Native Bulgarian speaker
* Comfortable making many phone calls every day
* Previous experience with COD order confirmation, abandoned carts, failed orders, telesales, call center or eCommerce customer support
* Experience with Econt, Speedy, Sameday, Shopify or online store support is a strong plus
* Able to handle customers who may be confused, rude, upset or difficult
* Clear, polite and persuasive communication
* Good attention to detail when updating addresses and notes
* Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment
* Bulgarian phone number / local calling setup required, or ability to use one
* Available Monday to Friday
* Ideally available 4–6 hours/day when volume is high
Payment:
* Hourly rate depending on experience
* Performance bonus for successfully delivered orders
* Paid trial available first
Trial:
We will start with a short paid trial of 2–4 hours.
During the trial, we will evaluate:
* number of calls made
* answer rate
* confirmed orders
* quality of address verification
* quality of notes/statuses
* ability to handle objections
* reliability and communication
Important:
This role requires someone serious and reliable. We are looking for a long-term person, not someone who disappears after one day.
