Ecommerce leadership / operational manager in Health

Key Responsibilities

- Corporate Governance & Compliance

- Maintain IP, brand, and licensing administration.

- Liaise with legal advisors.

- Oversee workflows: ecommerce execution, logistics, support.

- Lead Operations, Growth, and Marketing teams.

- Establish KPIs: fulfilment, churn, CAC/LTV, CX.

Financial Management

- Manage operational budgets.

- Coordinate reporting and forecasting.

Vendor & Partner Management

- Manage manufacturers, fulfilment partners, tech providers.

Strategic Development

- Align operations with company strategy.

- Lead process optimisation.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years ecommerce/DTC/operations leadership.

- Strong logistics and subscription model competence.

- Excellent English; Bulgarian preferred.
