To strengthen client success, we’re hiring an experienced Account Manager willing to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

???? Your Role

• 
  

  ???? Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of European sportsbook clients

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Build, nurture, and grow long-term relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention

  
  


• 
  

  ⚡ Coordinate timely delivery of new features, data feeds, and integrations aligned with client needs

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Proactively address inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate internally when needed

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Spot up-sell / cross-sell opportunities and collaborate with Sales to expand account revenue

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Drive adoption of new functionalities and support partners in optimising performance KPIs

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Provide clear, regular status updates and maintain account documentation (Jira / Confluence)

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Liaise with Product, Tech, and Operations to champion client feedback and enhance CX

  
  


• 
  

  ✈️ Travel occasionally for business reviews, partner events, and industry conferences

  
  

???? Your Qualifications

• 
  

  ???????? Fluent English & ???????? Portuguese (spoken & written)

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years’ experience in Account Management or similar client-facing B2B role

  
  


• 
  

  ⚽ Passion for sports & good grasp of the betting / iGaming ecosystem

  
  


• 
  

  ???? Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels

  
  


• 
  

  ???? EU passport / ID and readiness to relocate to Sofia (on-site presence required)

  
  

Nice to Have:

  ???? Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project tools

  ???? Technical mindset, able to translate product capabilities into business value
