Your Role:

  Handle incoming customer calls on topics like account & billing, service upgrades, or other inquiries.

  Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

  
  


• 
  

  Once the customer is happy, promote additional services or products to maximize satisfaction and sales.

  
  


• 
  

  Earn fantastic sales commissions based on your performance.

  
  

Your Profile:

• 
  

  Excellent German communication skills (C1 level), both written and spoken.

  
  


• 
  

  Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
