Business travel advisor (English + Dutch or German)
Our recruitment agency is collaborating with a leading multinational BPO company for their key location in Bulgaria. We are looking to strengthen their Dutch-speaking operations with Business Travel Advisors for a major American travel provider. This is a hybrid role based in Sofia, with day and night shift options.

???? Languages: Dutch / German + English
Deliver high-quality customer care to business travelers worldwide.
Assist with flight, hotel, train, and other travel arrangements before and during business trips.
Provide support via voice and email channels.
Represent the organization professionally and politely to high-level clients.
Use multiple systems and platforms to efficiently manage bookings and customer requests.
Based in Sofia or willing to relocate.
Working level of English (B2).
Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
Experience in travel, airline, hospitality, or similar industries is a plus.
Previous work in a customer experience center is an advantage.
Good typing and computer skills (MS Office).
Organized, analytical, with strong decision-making skills.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Minimum high school education.
