Creation of AI based Voice Agent

Hi,

I'm looking for experienced developers with knowledge on AI.

The idea is to create a voice agent that can be trained with documents, and to enable it to answer calls and create reports based on the call.

The AI voice agent should be able to interact with people in order to ask predefined questions, gather the answers and organize them in a report (could be a csv file or different).

Ideally, the Voice Agent should be reachable when calling a specific phone number (for example an IP phone contact), and maintenance and training (via text documents) should be easy to achieve.

The idea is very generical, that's why I'm looking for experienced people to provide their feedback on how this project could be achieved.
