We are interested in several Kayako customizations. 1. Enhance the email parser: The online service we provide allows customers to contact us via form to email. We already have a mechanism in place that will inject the user details in the email along with the customer"s request. An example email would be: > Name: Customer > Email: customer gmail.com > Message: How can I make my site turn up in search engines? > Login: customer_login > Package: BIZ > Expiration: 2010-07-08 00:00:00 > Tags: c-free TAGPERSONAL > RegistrationDate: 2009-06-08 12:54:46 > Referrer: http://ourdomain.com/cutomer_login/Admin/upcoming_events.html > IP: 127.0.0.1 > Browser: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.0.11) > Gecko/2009060215 Firefox/3.0.11 We would like to have all these additional information (login, package, expiration etc.) that came in the email, to be properly parsed and inserted in a corresponding custom field. 2. Auto-save to draft: Kayako already has a "Save to Draft" function - all we want to do is automate it - every 1 min or so whatever is written in the response text filed should be saved to draft without the need of clicking the button itself or interrupting the answering process. Something like in Gmail. 3. Custom buttons: Place buttons (3,4 not sure yet) on the ticket answer UI that will link to dynamic URLs based on the username of the customer. If we take the above example and the username is cutomer_login - the "Billing" button should link to something like http://admin.com/display.php&billing=customer_login I would appreciate a rough time/cost estimate.
