Анализ на данни в SPSS/R/Stata

Търся съдействие за статистически анализ на база данни - Tenders European Daily - чрез SPSS, R или Stata. 

I am looking for assistance in quantitative data analysis (via SPSS, R or Stata), using the Tenders European Daily (TED) public procurement database.  Will you be able to assist me in performing this analysis and interpreting the results? I am happy to discuss further. In terms of timescales, I would need the final output in ten days’ time.
