Slanchev Bryag Loyalty System

I am going to create local navigation system (s) on Slanchev Bryag. It a little bit looks like as any Indoor Navigation System, but has focus for online selling a tourist services, Slanchev Bryag events, food and drinks. The spirit of system is geo targeting advertising. May be in future we may add co-sharing and dating services inside our application. Now I am looking for a professional, who has relevant experience (it is mandatory) and prepare all necessary documents for Eleven accelerator in Mart (it will be last accelerator of Eleven). I can not pay any money, if possible to say correctly, I may pay a salary only in case, when we obtain a Eleven investment. Of course, co-founding share (5%) is a must.
