WooCommerce Speed Optimization Inquiry - vinotekashop.com

Hello, 

I own an online wine shop, vinotekashop.com, built on WordPress + WooCommerce.

The website is currently targeting customers locally in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (Central Asia), but it is hosted on Beget (Russia) and registered via Reg.ru. The page loading times are currently very slow for our local users compared to our main competitor (bishkek.wine).

We do NOT want to change the visual design or rebuild the site on a new framework right now. We are open to delete unnecessary content and support suggestions to improve design and user friendliness. 

Currently priority is on performance overhaul on the existing WooCommerce stack. 

The scope of work would probably involve:
1. Migrating DNS to Cloudflare (?) and configuring optimal edge caching for Central Asia.
2. Migrating our current Beget Hosting to a Beget VPS or any other acceptable
3. Comprehensive database cleaning and plugin audit.
4. Analyze images and optimization, add new products and description to the existing portfolio

Main deliverable is  page speed - the shop must load under 2 seconds in Bishkek mobile network

Naturally all filter and cart functionalities must remain.
