We are looking for a part-time recruiter from Bulgaria, fluent in English, with experience in transport/logistics, to recruit truck drivers for companies in Germany, Netherlands, and Austria.

Requirements:

• Based in Bulgaria
• Experience in transport (dispatcher, office work  manager etc) or  truck driver recruitment
• Good English communication skills
• Ability to work with Facebook, TikTok, and OLX (posting ads, messaging candidates)
• Self-organized, able to work part-time alongside another job
