Develop web site crawlers with Python and Scrapy framework

We are developing a mobile enabled platform that provides access to our users to huge number of items scrapped from the mobile versions of web sites. It also enables users to visit directly the web page from which the item was scraped. We are building our own thin API layer using Python and Scrapy framework that must be used to develop and test the web scrappers. Each scrapper has to extract about 10 different pieces of information per item. Looking for candidates to develop 10 crawlers for the given budget.
