We’re looking for a Coordinator who can help connect people, organize activities, support teams, and make sure tasks and responsibilities are handled effectively.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate tasks, activities, and responsibilities across projects

- Communicate with team members, partners, and external contacts

- Help organize meetings, schedules, and project activities

- Follow up on tasks and ensure that important details are handled

- Support teams with planning, communication, and daily coordination

- Identify challenges and help find practical solutions

- Assist with different projects and operational activities

- Take initiative and help ensure that projects move forward effectively

Your responsibilities may vary depending on the project, your skills, experience, and the needs of each assignment.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong communication and organizational skills

- Initiative and a practical, solution-focused mindset

- Ability to manage different tasks and priorities

- Reliability, flexibility, and attention to detail

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Ability to work independently and with different teams

- Experience in coordination, administration, business, logistics, operations, or related areas is an advantage, but not required

Some assignments may involve travel and hands-on involvement. Work can be hybrid, part-time, or project-based, depending on the assignment and your availability.
