We’re looking for a Project Manager who can help us coordinate projects, organize teams, manage responsibilities, and make sure things move forward effectively.

Your Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support projects from planning to execution

- Organize tasks, schedules, and team responsibilities

- Communicate with team members, partners, and external contacts

- Monitor progress and help solve challenges

- Support logistics, planning, and day-to-day project operations

- Take initiative and help turn ideas into real results

- Contribute to different projects and opportunities as Oceavia continues to grow

You may work on different types of projects, and your responsibilities can develop depending on your skills, experience, and the needs of each assignment.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Initiative and a practical, solution-focused mindset

- Ability to work independently and with different teams

- Willingness to learn and adapt

- Reliability, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility

- Experience in project management, business, logistics, technology, or related areas is an advantage, but not required

Some assignments may involve travel and hands-on involvement. Work can be hybrid, part-time, or project-based, depending on the assignment and your availability.
