Digital trust & Safety specialist (English + one of the following: Danish/Greek)
Join a global leader in digital customer service and support. We are expanding our team in Sofia, Bulgaria, and looking for Digital CS Specialists who speak English + Danish or Greek.
???? Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid / On-site)
???? Employment Type: Full-time
???? Languages: English + one of the following: Danish or Greek
Provide customer support through email, live chat, social media, or other digital channels.
Handle digital content issues, customer inquiries, complaints, and troubleshooting.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
Fluency in English and Danish or Greek.
Strong written communication skills.
Empathy, patience, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Tech-savvy, with ability to adapt to new tools and platforms.
Previous experience in digital customer service is a plus but not mandatory; full training will be provided.
Fully paid initial training and onboarding.
