As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting international clients by providing expert advice and technical support. You will ensure the smooth implementation of solutions, assist with troubleshooting, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
???? Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for international clients.
Provide technical solutions and consultancy in your native language + English.
Diagnose and resolve technical or product-related issues.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to optimize workflows.
Ensure clients receive high-quality service and support at every step.
Fluency in English and one of the listed languages.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
Previous experience in consulting, customer service, or technical support is a plus.
