Job Description:

We are looking for a freelance recruiter/researcher
to support our team with sourcing and qualifying candidates for a variety of high-level sales and leadership roles. This is a remote contract position
to start, with the potential to convert into a permanent role for the right person.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct targeted research on LinkedIn to identify suitable candidates for active roles


• Review CVs and LinkedIn profiles to assess candidate fit against job descriptions


• Qualify candidates based on experience, skill set, and relevance to role


• Maintain structured and accurate tracking of research in our system


• Engage with potential candidates via messaging and/or introductory calls


• Collaborate closely with consultants to refine search strategy and candidate pipelines

Requirements:

• Proven experience in executive search , recruitment, or talent research


• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential


• Expertise using LinkedIn as a research tool


• Ability to assess and match CVs/profiles to complex job requirements


• Strong attention to detail and high organizational standards


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Comfortable working independently and managing your own time


• Familiarity with sales roles and organizational structures in the tech sector
  is a plus
