Junior Social Media Manager Internship

LOT-ART | The Art Investment Platform (Lot-Art.com) is the global search engine and advisory for fine art and passion assets, offering direct links to selected auction houses, together with personalized services of art investment advisory.

We are looking to grow the popularity of Lot-Art as a listing platform for auction houses, art galleries, as well as an investment tool for investors.

THE ROLE

As we are growing, we are  looking for a creative Junior Social Media Manager & Art Director Assistant to join our team with the availability of  30 hrs/week.
The candidate can be a graduate with no previous experience but must have a Master's Degree.

This role is freelance and remote. With us, you can work from anywhere while still experiencing a team-based working environment. We currently have people working from the Netherlands, Italy, Hungary and Bulgaria.

Despite the remote position and flexible working hours, it is important that you are available a minimum of 6 hr x 5 days or 5hr x 6 days a week within the time frame of 10 am to 8 pm. The salary is 500 EUR per month with the possibility to become a full time position. 

TASKS

• Social Media Management 
• Assistant to the Art Director & sometimes CEO
• B2B development for auctions and buy-now (artist, galleries, collectors) using mailing, direct calling and social media pages.
• Content Creation - Visuals, Banners, Posts, blog Articles
• PR and Communication: draft presentations (articles/posts/videos) and select groups to present our art investment advisory and private sales services on Social Media.
• Any other task later identified by or agreed with the CEO.

REQUIREMENTS

• Master's Degree in either Marketing or Design or another relevant subject
• Fluent in English
• Ability to use Mailchimp
• Ability to manage and grow Social Media
• Knowledge in InDesign / Canva
• Ability to operate in a high-energy, high-intensity, and rapidly evolving environment
• Organizational and project management skills
• It is a plus if you are a creative mind with an eye for detail and if you worked for an art gallery or an auction house before. 
• Fluent in one of the following languages: French/German/Italian is a plus
