My name is Paula.
Writing is my favourite thing in the world. I can write poems, novels, and basically anything I have tried so far. My words will paint a world, imaginable solely for the mind to recreate perfectly.
I have two books in poetry and a novel published in the recent years.
I have good editing skills.
I have strong experience in working with people, clients/customers and colleagues.
I’ve been working in a call center for a long time. I have been taking calls for a short period there.
My best year in the contact center was as a team leader, managing 20 people on night shifts only.
The last position I have occupied for years was resource planning and reporting specialist and that was the time I have gained a lot of experience in excel, creating, managing and updating the schedule of over 300 people, and of course other excel tasks.
I have very good skills in Canva.
I have recently created a couple of children’s books and published them in kdp Amazon.
I have good experience in social media as well. I have been promoting my work (my books) on social media for a few months now, creating content, photos and videos, to enlarge my audience.
I am an absolute team player.
