Car job. Check, review and evaluate used German car in Sofia

Task:

Visit car dealership and diagnose, review the used car for me and send report with obd scan, paintjob check, send videos/photos and provide honest review about condition. If I decide to buy the car, person will also try to negotiate the price for me and get bonus for negotiation. Lower the price, higher the reward.

Requirements:

Experienced car dealer, mechanic or older "cat" who knows what to look for. Paintjob thickness meter and OBD scan is not a must, but would be paid extra.
