We are looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Content Creator who can not only edit compelling video content but also capture high-quality B-roll footage (no face on camera required). This role involves assembling short and long-form marketing videos with strong storytelling to drive online product sales, filming B-roll content as needed , and collaborating with the team to produce visually engaging media.

???? Location: Remote (Must be based in Bulgaria)

What You'll Be Doing:

???? Editing & Video Production:

• Editing marketing videos with effective storytelling techniques to drive conversions.


• Assembling product reviews, launches, promotions, vlogs, and social media short clips.


• Working on various content types, from product showcases to brand storytelling.


• Enhancing video footage with graphics, motion effects, and engaging visuals.

???? B-Roll Filming (No Face-on-Camera Required):

• Capturing high-quality B-roll footage for marketing purposes (eg, lifestyle, product, and hands-on demonstration shots).


• Understanding lighting, composition, and camera operation to produce cinematic, engaging visuals.


• Setting up and managing video equipment for small-scale shoots.

????️ Creative & Post-Production:

• Executing product photography, transforming raw images into final edits using Lightroom & Photoshop.


• Ensuring all content aligns with brand identity and social media trends.


• Managing digital workflows, archiving, and organizing media assets.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required, But Nice to Have):

✔️ Experience filming product shots and cinematic B-roll.

✔️ Strong grasp of video editing (Premiere Pro, and Capcut).

✔️ Advanced knowledge of social platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube) and the influencer space

✔️ Ability to work independently and manage entire video production processes (from pre-production to post-production).

✔️ Strong attention to detail, organization, and storytelling skills.

✔️ Fluent in English communication (written & verbal).

✔️ Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or After Effects is a plus.
