HTML5 Banners Coding with Dynamic Link

Banners are built in html5 format via a tool

We need to set up a dynamic link instead of a single URL at the click tag. This is needed because the link needs to be different for every partner website the client comes from.

Volume (to begin with): 3 sets of banners, each set has 3 sizes; in the near future: more sizes and translations

It might be needed that the design is coded from scratch or created with a tool which export can maintain dynamic links. Based on this effort we will ask for your offer.
