Procurement expert who specializes in the industrial sector

We're looking for a skilled procurement expert who specializes in the industrial sector for a long term project with several milestones. The main responsibility of this role is to find suppliers for machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will know a lot about the procurement process, be great at negotiating, and have a strong network of suppliers in the industry.

Requirements:
- Do research to find potential suppliers for machinery and equipment supporting our project in Eastern Europe (Bulgaria, Ukraine at the moment)
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and how long it takes for them to deliver - producing concise reports.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to make sure we get good deals
- Keep an eye on how well suppliers are doing and fix any problems that come up

* Following languages are advantage (speaking level): Russian, Ukrainian, Bulgarian and English
