Data Scientist CRM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Scientist to join our team. Work can be performed from our office in Varna, or from a distance. Your role will focus on analyzing and improving how we use our CRM system to enhance services, streamline operations, and drive business growth. You’ll work closely with various teams to uncover insights from data, solve problems, and support decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze CRM data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
• Build models to predict student needs, preferences, and outcomes.
• Segment leads and customers to help tailor marketing and support strategies.
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of processes such as student onboarding, application tracking, and payment follow-ups.
• Create clear and actionable dashboards and reports for teams to track performance.
• Work with sales, marketing, and operations teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Provide insights to improve lead conversion, student retention, and overall satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience with data analysis and predictive modeling.
• Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of CRM systems and how to extract useful data from them.
• Ability to explain findings in a clear, practical way.
• A problem-solver who loves finding creative solutions.
• Self-motivated and able to manage projects independently.
