We’re a new company focused on helping people grow through online courses about the mind, body, and soul. We currently offer a 3-weeks video course and an e-book, and are looking for a Sales/Social Media Marketing Expert to help us spread the word and grow our business.

Position Overview:This role is perfectly suited for a driven and autonomous professional who thrives in a remote work environment. With highly flexible working hours, the ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter, adept at managing their schedule efficiently to not only meet but exceed sales targets. As a key player in our team, you will leverage your expertise to devise and implement innovative sales and marketing strategies across various social media platforms, contributing significantly to our brand's expansion and the success of our personal development courses.

• • Proven experience in sales and social media marketing, preferably in the personal development, wellness, or similar industries.
• • Excellent understanding of social media platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and how to utilize them for sales and marketing purposes.
• • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a proven ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with team members and customers alike.

• Performance-Based Earnings: Your compensation will be a high percentage of the monthly sales you generate. This means the more you sell, the more you earn. This model is designed to reward high performance and align your interests with the company's success.
• How It Works: At the beginning of each month, we'll calculate the total sales generated through your marketing and sales activities. You will then receive a predetermined percentage of these sales as your compensation for that month.
